Ministry of Education Second Fundamental Education Project (A Region - West Turkey) :

Project Management, Design, Detailed Engineering and Construction Supervision Consulting Services were provided for the Second Fundamental Education Project (A Region) financed by World Bank. The scope includes restoration works at 198 school and construction of additional buildings at 72 school in Afyon, Antalya, Aydin, Balikesir, Bilecik, Burdur, Bursa, Canakkale, Denizli, Edirne, Eskisehir, Isparta, Istanbul, Izmir, Kirklareli, Koceli, Kutahya, Manisa, Mugla, Tekirdag, Usak and Yalova provinces (1,520 Man/Month).

Approx. 390,000 sqm restoration works at 270 school
Detailed engineering for improvement and strengthening of buildings against earthquake
Detailed engineering for restoration works at schools
Geotechnical investigations / reports at 253 school
Asbuilt works, core samples, r/f scanning, site surveys at 186 school (377,367 sqm)
Earthquake investigations and earthquake risk analysis reports at 186 school
Construction of 24 new primary school (2,832 sqm)
Construction of 43 new special education school (81,700 sqm)
Strengthening and restoration works at 76 school (139,777 sqm)
25 km water and 26 km sewage network at 115 school
Tender documantation and construction supervision according to World Bank principals
